This is an 8 week course with classes 2 nights a week taught by Tina and Vance Jack. Defensive Fitness 1 is a High Energy workout utilizing hand to hand self-defense moves. Get physically fit and learn to defend yourself at the same time. During these 16 workout sessions not only will you lose weight and gain muscle tone you will also build muscle memory on life saving self-defense moves. Great for all ages.
